Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B sales.
Minimum 2 years in outbound telesales (cold calling, lead qualification, phone closing).
Proven track record selling manufacturing-related products (e.g., industrial components, machinery parts, chemicals, packaging, or OEM supplies).
Language: Must be able to communicate in Chinese Native Candidate.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to work across two locations (Pelangi Square and Sungai Buloh).

Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
Identify and secure new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
Conduct 50–80 outbound calls daily to generate leads from the manufacturing sector.
Expand the company’s customer base by pursuing new market segments.
Account Management & Strategy
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key manufacturing clients.
Develop sales strategies and conduct market research to identify competitor trends and risks.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Presentation & Negotiation
Prepare professional proposals and quotations.
Use technical product knowledge to address client concerns and negotiate contract terms.
Close deals effectively while adhering to company policies.
Administration & Collaboration
Maintain accurate records of all activities and pipelines in the CRM system.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely product delivery.
Submit regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior sales team members.
