Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years of software development experience in Fintech, banking systems, payment gateways, or high-transaction platforms.

Strong proficiency in .NET, React JS, Java, React Native, NodeJS, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Solid experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

Strong understanding of secure coding practices, API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and data protection.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.

Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software design patterns.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web and mobile applications in a Fintech environment.

Architect and implement robust solutions using .NET and React JS (web), and Java and React Native (mobile).

Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and reliability of systems, particularly for high-volume transaction processing.

Design and manage RESTful APIs and integrations with payment gateways, e-wallets, and third-party financial systems.

Drive system architecture decisions, including microservices, cloud infrastructure, and database design.

Lead application deployment, CI/CD processes, and security reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS awareness is a plus).

Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.

Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.

Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and security.
