At least 1 year of hands-on experience in event planning or project execution.

Background in direct selling, membership management, or channel-related events will be an added advantage

Proven ability to organize and execute large-scale events (100+ participants), including annual dinners and incentive trips

Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong on-site problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Plan and execute events for direct sellers, including incentive trips, recognition events, and annual dinner.

Manage event projects, including timeline planning, budget control, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.

Support the planning and execution of product marketing campaigns (e.g., promotional events, product experience activities).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure smooth project execution.

Track event performance and prepare post-event reports, including data analysis and improvement recommendations.

Handle event-related administrative tasks (vendor quotation comparison, contract processing, payment requests, etc.)
