Job Description

Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken in Mandarin

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma

  • Min 1 year of experience in FB Messenger & WhatsApp Customer Service.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented

  • Able to work independently and take ownership

  • Calm under pressure and good at solving problems

  • Familiar with Social Media (FB, Instagram, etc)

  • Friendly, polished, and professional communication style

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving ecommerce environment

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Google Sheet

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
