Contract Long Term Promoter Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Syncmax Management Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum age: 20 or above

Have own transport

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Able to work at assigned locations (roadshows / outlets / events)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude

Able to meet sales targets and KPIs

Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)

Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team

Prior experience in sales or promotion is an advantage (but not compulsory)

Promote and demonstrate products to customers in a professional manner

Engage with customers, provide product information, and answer inquiries

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (KPI)

Ensure product displays are well-organized, clean, and fully stocked

Assist customers with purchases and provide good customer service

Handle basic sales transactions and reporting (if required)

Build and maintain good relationships with customers

Follow company guidelines, promotional activities, and campaign requirements

Submit daily sales reports and feedback to team leader/management

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
