1.    Diploma / Degree in Information technology

2.    Working experience with Windows Server, Windows 11 & Microsoft Office.

3.    Computer Hardware, Network troubleshooting skills.  

1. To Ensure data safety and security throughout the organization IT networks.

2. Responsible for hardware, software, networking, system performance and maintenance across the company.

3. Manage the production system (MES) stability, operational and security.

4. Set up accounts and profiles for new employees in MES system.

5. Provide IT support for computer hardware, software and networking related issue in production.

6. Responsible for create of system user manual, ensure these are kept up to date.

7. Assist on installation of new equipment and software.

8. Assist the Technical team with any tasks related to IT as per request.

9. Handle any other IT-related ad-hoc duties assigned.

10. Demonstrate excellent service culture and continual improvement withing the department.
