Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge and Experiences:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on Learning & Development.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Familiarity with HRDC processes and training fund management is a plus.

Responsibilities
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Training Shared Service Executive – Administer and manage training. This role requires a high level of coordination with HR Business Partners, departments, and external training bodies to streamline processes and maintain accurate training record.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as the L&D focal point for 2–3 designated stakeholders and managing their training.
Coordinate registration and attendance for internal training programs, ensuring efficient participant management.
Ensure L&D receives complete documentation and participant information for all SME-led training initiatives across departments.
Oversee the annual training calendar, including budget monitoring, training payments, and generating reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.
Administer and manage HRD Corp (HRDC) claims and compliance, ensuring timely submissions and fund utilization.
Ensure timely processing and tracking of all training-related payments and financial documentation.
Manage registration and sponsorship documentation for professional development programs, including sponsor letter issuance
