Internship – E-commerce & Content (Jewelry Brand) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,200 + commission in SCS Platinum Selangor - Maukerja

• Assist in managing and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and imagery.

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels, including product highlights, lifestyle shots, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the jewelry creation process.

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic and sales to the e-commerce store.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the jewelry industry and competitor activities, providing insights to inform merchandising and content strategies.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling brand storytelling elements that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand perception.

• Help in analyzing e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, sales data) and contribute to reports on key findings and recommendations.

• Gain practical experience in product merchandising by assisting with the organization and presentation of jewelry collections online.

• Utilize knowledge of the jewelry industry to contribute relevant and informed content ideas.

• Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to support diverse customer interactions and internal collaborations.

• Provide administrative support for e-commerce and content-related tasks as needed.

Content Creation & Graphic Design

• Assist in planning and creating social media content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

• Support short-form video shooting and product photography

• Design simple promotional visuals, banners, and marketing materials

• Edit product images for e-commerce platforms

• Stay updated with latest social media trends and creative ideas

Marketplace & Campaign Management

• Assist in managing online stores (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)

• Support campaign setup (promotion, banner updates, product selection)

• Optimize product listings (title, description, images, keywords)

• Monitor orders, fulfilment, and logistics

• Assist in basic sales tracking and competitor analysis

• Handle basic customer inquiries when needed
