Requirements
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee data, timesheets, and leave records.
Help in the onboarding of new employees, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Assist with employee relations activities and address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to performance management processes by assisting with the collection of feedback and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR-related data.
Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Responsibilities
Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Support the HR Manager in administering payroll, including data entry, verification, and processing of employee claims and reimbursements.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling interviews, preparing HR documents, and managing correspondence.
Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management initiatives.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
