• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Basic experience in social media management, content creation, or e-commerce platforms

• Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar

• Basic photography and/or video editing skills (mobile editing is acceptable)

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is an added advantage)

• Responsible, responsive, and able to work independently

• Experience with Shopee/Lazada Seller Center is a plus

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and driven E-Commerce & Content Creator Executive to manage our online presence and support our growing digital sales channels.

This role combines content creation, social media management, and e-commerce operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
(1) Content Creation & Social Media:

• Manage and maintain company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

• Plan and create engaging content including posts, short videos, and captions

• Shoot and edit product photos/videos for marketing and e-commerce use

• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all platforms

(2) E-Commerce Management:

• Manage online selling platforms (Shopee, Lazada, company website)

• Create and update product listings (descriptions, specifications, pricing)

• Monitor product performance and optimize listings for better visibility and sales

• Assist in setting up promotions and campaigns

(3) Customer Engagement:

• Monitor social media and e-commerce performance

• Track sales data and prepare basic reports

• Suggest improvements to increase engagement and sales

(4) Coordination & Support:

• Coordinate with internal teams on campaigns, promotions, and product launches

• Assist with general administrative tasks and daily operations when required
