• Candidates must possess at least SPM

• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in inventory or logistic industries.

• Knowledge: Familiarity and best practices in equipment handling.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) and operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts (certification is a plus).

• Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed for event schedules.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Supervision & Team Leadership

• Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.

• Lead daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

• Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Inventory & Equipment Management

• Ensure accurate inventory management, including tracking, ordering, and stock-taking for event equipment (sound, lighting, staging, etc.).

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of equipment, ensuring everything is in optimal condition.

• Coordinate regular equipment inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to meet company standards.

Shipping & Logistics Coordination

• Plan and prioritize equipment for scheduled events.

• Organize loading and unloading activities, ensuring timely dispatch and return of equipment.

• Prepare and review shipping and delivery documentation to maintain accurate records.

Warehouse Operations & Safety

• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.

• Train staff on proper equipment handling and safety protocols to reduce risks.

• Monitor equipment usage and storage procedures, reporting any issues promptly.

Communication & Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Operations and event teams to ensure equipment needs for events are met.

• Serve as a point of contact for resolving issues related to warehouse activities and equipment availability.

• Provide input on ways to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
