Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/engineering site supervision.
Knowledge of construction drawings and site work practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Possess CIDB Green Card / Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Able to work independently and start immediately (added advantage).
Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time.
Coordinate work between contractors, workers, and suppliers.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
Assist in resolving site issues and provide technical guidance when needed.
