Job Description

Requirements

  • Educational & Professional Background:
    • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in online sales planning and execution (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
  • Platform Expertise:
    • Deep familiarity with the backend tools of Shopee Seller CentreandTikTok Shop Seller Center.
    • Understanding of platform-specific algorithms and advertising tools.
  • Communication & Presence:
    • Highly comfortable being on camera with an energetic and persuasive personality.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills for live presenting and customer engagement.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and P&L management.
    • Ability to translate complex data into actionable sales tactics.
  • Logistics & Flexibility:
    • Must possess own transportation
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, to align with peak live-streaming traffic.

    Responsibilities

    1. Platform Management & Execution

    • Oversee daily operations of mainstream e-commerce platforms, specifically ShopeeandTikTok Shop.
    • Manage product listings, ensuring SEO-optimized descriptions, high-quality visuals, and accurate pricing.
    • Execute end-to-end promotional campaigns (e.g., Double Day sales, Payday specials).

    2. Live Streaming & Brand Presentation

    • Host regular Livestream sessions to showcase products, engage with the audience, and drive real-time conversions.
    • Act as the brand ambassador, comfortably presenting product features and handling live Q&A.

    3. Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence

    • Conduct continuous market research to identify trending products, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior.
    • Monitor platform traffic and conversion rates to pivot strategies in real-time.

    4. Financial Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare and analyze monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for all e-commerce channels.
    • Track marketing spend (ROI/ROAS) to ensure all campaigns remain within budget and profitable.
