Full Time Sales Executive (POSM / Event & Activation) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Red Apple Creation Selangor - Maukerja

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in POSM / branding / event / activation industry

• Familiar with fabrication workflow, materials, and production timelines

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Independent, responsible, and proactive mindset

• Basic understanding of costing structure is an advantage

• Mandarin-speaking ability preferred (to support communication with key clients and suppliers)

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Follow up with existing clients and develop new business opportunities

• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project briefs

• Maintain strong communication throughout project timelines

• Handle enquiries, quotations, and negotiations professionally

POSM & Project Coordination

• Manage POSM projects from briefing to delivery

• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams

• Ensure timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met

• Monitor project costing and maintain profitability awareness

Sales Target & Pipeline Development

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management

• Build long-term relationships with FMCG, retail, and corporate clients

• Prepare proposals and presentations when required

• Identify upselling opportunities (fabrication, activation, display units, events)

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and project updates

• Maintain accurate CRM and client records

• Track project progress and payment collection status
