We are a newly established digital renovation platform designed to connect homeowners and interior designers, while creating a space for industry brands to showcase their products and services. Role Overview

This is a hunter role focused on supporting revenue growth by:

  • Assisting in onboarding interior designers onto the platform.

  • Supporting the development of partnerships with home & lifestyle brands, renovation & design suppliers, home appliances, banks, and related industries targeting homeowners and designers.

  • Helping execute end-to-end campaigns, including promotional campaigns, partnership activations, events, and ecosystem growth programs.

  • Ensuring smooth execution, measurable outcomes, and strong partner satisfaction to drive engagement and revenue growth.

  • Supporting market development by identifying opportunities and providing feedback to shape platform strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, approaching, and onboarding interior designers to the platform.

  • Maintain and support long-term relationships with designers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and ongoing collaboration.

  • Help designers create strong profiles and engage effectively with homeowners.

  • Support prospecting and pitching to industry brands (e.g., home materials, furniture, décor, lighting, smart home solutions).

  • Assist in preparing partnership proposals, negotiating terms, and supporting contract finalization to secure partnerships and revenue growth.

  • Execute sales plans to achieve revenue and onboarding targets under guidance from senior management.

  • Track and report pipeline progress, revenue forecasts, and client activities.

  • Work closely with the commercial director and senior team to implement campaigns and create case studies.

  • Collect market feedback and support the identification of new opportunities in the renovation ecosystem.
