精通Microsoft Excel、报价比较和基本采购系统

能够在紧张的期限内同时管理多个采购任务

愿意与国际（尤其是中国大陆）供应商进行沟通

由于需要与中国供应商进行采购，因此必须具备普通话能力

所需技能：谈判、采购、沟通技巧、供应商管理、供应链管理、市场调研

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, no prior working experience needed

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field (fresh graduates preferred but not mandatory)

Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills

Highly analytical with attention to detail and commercial awareness

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, quotation comparisons, and basic purchasing systems

Able to manage multiple sourcing tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines

Willingness to engage with international (especially mainland Mandarin) suppliers

Mandarin proficiency is necessary due to Mandarin speaker supplier sourcing

研究并寻找产品、包装、印刷服务和物流（本地和国际）方面的新供应商机会

评估供应商的产能、定价结构和比较、价格谈判和服务质量，以确保与公司需求保持一致

与战略供应商建立并保持牢固的关系，确保长期合作

与采购、销售、设计和运营团队密切合作，使采购活动与客户需求和项目时间表保持一致

随时了解市场趋势、材料可用性和替代采购方案，以降低供应风险

支持降低成本的举措，并推动采购和供应商参与方面的持续改进

Research and identify new supplier opportunities for products, packaging, printing services, and logistics (local and international)

Evaluate supplier capacities, pricing structures and comparison, pricing negotiation, and service quality to ensure alignment with company needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, ensuring long-term collaboration

Work closely with the Purchasing, Sales, Design, and Operations teams to align sourcing activities with customer requirements and project timelines

Stay informed on market trends, material availability, and alternative sourcing options to mitigate supply risks

Support cost reduction initiatives and drive continuous improvement in sourcing and supplier engagement
