Job Description

Requirements

  • Candidate who possesses at least a Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration or Management or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a secretarial, administrative or assistant role, preferably in supporting CEO/Director.

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities (punctual).

  • Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.

  • Strong logical thinking with good data analysis and written communication skills.

  • Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.

  • High level of professionalism with strong confidentiality awareness.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Management Support

  • Assist the Director in managing daily work arrangements, including schedule coordination and travel arrangements.

2. Internal and External Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a key liaison between the Director and internal/external parties.

  • Ensure clear communication flow and promptly follow-up on action items for completion.

3.Project & Business Support

  • Coordinate and work closely with various departments to support special projects and initiatives, adapting to changing priorities with ease.

4. Special Assignments

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Director and Management.

  • Handle travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, itineraries, visa applications, and related documentation.

  • Assist with bill payments, banking matters, and other personal administrative tasks.

  • Support the management of property matters and investment portfolios.

  • Provide assistance with childcare responsibilities, including school pick-ups and drop-offs when required.

  • Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Handle personal errands and household-related tasks as needed.
