Requirements
Candidate who possesses at least a Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration or Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a secretarial, administrative or assistant role, preferably in supporting CEO/Director.
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities (punctual).
Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
Strong logical thinking with good data analysis and written communication skills.
Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
High level of professionalism with strong confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Management Support
Assist the Director in managing daily work arrangements, including schedule coordination and travel arrangements.
2. Internal and External Communication & Coordination
Act as a key liaison between the Director and internal/external parties.
Ensure clear communication flow and promptly follow-up on action items for completion.
3.Project & Business Support
Coordinate and work closely with various departments to support special projects and initiatives, adapting to changing priorities with ease.
4. Special Assignments
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Director and Management.
Handle travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, itineraries, visa applications, and related documentation.
Assist with bill payments, banking matters, and other personal administrative tasks.
Support the management of property matters and investment portfolios.
Provide assistance with childcare responsibilities, including school pick-ups and drop-offs when required.
Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle personal errands and household-related tasks as needed.
