Requirements
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Familiar with SQL Account Software & Microsoft Office.
Time-management abilities.
Confidentiality.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Aptitude for numbers.
Integrity, responsible and multi-tasking.
Good in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and knowing Mandarin is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Handling of full set of accounts.
Handle general ledger, journal entry, inventory report, cash & bank account, account receivables, account payables and fixed assets
Overseeing daily transactions (e.g. account payable/receivable, general ledger, journal entry, cash & bank account)
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit/tax.
Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
