Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Red Brick Ventures Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

• Proven experience in tender documentation & submission (MANDATORY)

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum [X] years of experience in construction/interior fit-out industry

• Strong knowledge of costing, contracts, and tender processes

• Willing and able to travel to site frequently (site-based involvement is required)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in interior design / renovation / construction projects

• Familiar with measurement tools and costing software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING)

This role requires hands-on experience in tender documentation and submission.
Candidates without tendering experience will NOT be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full tender process including preparation, pricing, submission, and follow-up

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for tender purposes

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and project budgeting

• Source and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations

• Monitor project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle

• Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts

• Attend site regularly to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings & specs

• Coordinate with design team, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

• Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and project timelines are met on-site
