Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Shuangfei Wire Harness Selangor - Maukerja

·         Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field

·         Minimum 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment

·         Experience in supervising production teams is required

·         Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

·         Good communication and coordination skills

·         Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

·         Willing to work in shifts and weekends when required

·         Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets, quality, and delivery are met

·         Lead and manage production operators and line leaders on the shopfloor

·         Monitor production output, efficiency, and downtime, and take corrective actions

·         Ensure manpower is properly allocated to meet production requirements

·         Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and planning teams for material readiness

·         Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, and quality standards at all times

·         Troubleshoot production issues and minimize disruptions to operations

·         Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, waste reduction)

·         Prepare and review daily production reports and KPIs

·         Train and guide team members to improve performance and skills
