Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experienced with construction and Interior fit out will be a credit.

Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in managing project costs from inception to completion, including estimating, budgeting, and cost control.

Support the preparation and submission of tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract specifications.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential cost overruns, and verify work completed against contract requirements.

Assist in the valuation of work in progress, processing interim payment applications, and final account settlement.

Help manage subcontractors and suppliers, including the preparation of purchase orders and subcontracts.

Maintain accurate cost records, project documentation, and financial reports for internal and client review.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule.

Assist in identifying and quantifying variations, claims, and disputes, and support their resolution.

Gain practical experience in contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Participate in procurement activities, including sourcing materials and services and evaluating quotations.
