Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Able to handle full set accounts independently
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiar with SST, payroll, and basic taxation will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English and Mandarin is preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Monitor company expenses, invoices, and payment records
- Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time
- Prepare SST/tax related documents and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
