Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in accounting or finance
  • Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to handle full set accounts independently
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiar with SST, payroll, and basic taxation will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin is preferred

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation, and cash flow reports
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
  • Monitor company expenses, invoices, and payment records
  • Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time
  • Prepare SST/tax related documents and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
  • Support management with financial analysis and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
