• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in OEM, functional food, or related industries
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Fluent in local languages; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication.
• Strong presentation, communication, and people skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Able to create content and basic video materials is an advantage
• Willing to work on weekends or long hours when required
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and client engagement skills

About the role

As a Senior Sales Executive at MOH PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth in the OEM, functional food, and content creation segments. This is a full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts in OEM, functional food, and content creation segments

• Identify and approach potential leads through outreach, networking, and market research

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product pitches

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with marketing, production, and customer service teams to support business growth

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates

• Support content creation and video-related promotional activities when needed
