3–5 years of experience in interior design and building/renovation works

Strong knowledge in renovation, housing construction, and structural works

Able to read and understand drawings and technical plans

Proven ability to manage site arrangements and work schedules independently

Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients

Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle on-site challenges

Good communication and coordination skills

Diligent in site reporting and project documentation

A team player who can also work independently when required

Manage and oversee renovation/interior design projects from planning stage to handover

Coordinate daily site activities, work schedules, and manpower arrangement

Read and interpret drawings and technical plans to guide on-site execution

Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project progress

Monitor site conditions and resolve issues independently and promptly

Supervise structural and re-structural works in compliance with safety and quality standards

Prepare and submit site progress reports and project documentation

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure workmanship quality

Manage timelines and flag potential delays or risks to management
