Requirements
Experience in franchise training or multi-outlet F&B operations is an added advantage.
Candidates with strong presentation and coaching skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
* Conduct training for franchise partners and outlet teams
* Deliver classroom and on-site operational training
* Train franchisees on SOP, beverage preparation, customer service, inventory, and outlet management
* Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and assessments
* Evaluate trainee performance and certification results
* Support new outlet opening and franchise onboarding
* Ensure consistency of brand standards across outlets
* Work closely with Operations team to improve training effectiveness
* Assist in developing structured training programs and operational systems
