Internship For HR & Admin Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in Aneka Jaringan WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Assist in monthly payroll by collecting and verifying attendance, overtime and leave records.

Assist in organizing company's staff engagement activities and company events, to maintain a positive work culture.

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls / take down messages.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required by immediate superior.

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma any field.

Required skill(s): MS Office.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
