Job Description

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting
  • Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English
  • At least 1 to 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
  • Able to handle full set of accounting
  • Self-motivated, exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • A stable personality, good attitude and high sense of responsibility
  • Administrative skill

Responsibilities

  • To handle full set of accounts, accounts receivables and account payable
  • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
  • General office administration works, updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
