Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or relevant professional, Human Resource Management, Business administration or related field
Qualification or at least 2 years working experience
Broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles
Strong analytical skills and fast learner
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able liase with customer or supplies in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Contonese & Mandarin spoken
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office application and accounting software (Autocount)
Able to start work immediately will be added advantage
Responsibilities
Assist Account Manager to create customer invoice AP was correctly update in Autocount Accounting system
Prepare and updating of customer official receipt and others related ledger
Monthly debtor aging and related report
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, principles & accordance to standard requirement
Responsible to manage on handle full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, on boarding)
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts or others HR related letters
Coordinate induction programs for new hires
Process monthly payroll (ensure compliance with KWSP, Socso, PCB (Employment Act 1955 Malaysia)
Handle disciplinary actions (warning letters, show cause letters)
Maintain employee records, personal files, manage attendance, leave & medical records
To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required
