Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Support the sales team by preparing loan documentation, post product ADs, handling customers
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing as required.
Submission of finance loan documents, JPJ registration & related jobs
Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable, maintaining a professional atmosphere for staff and clients.
Assist in the day-to-day office management, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
