Full Time M&E Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Esteem Venture Builder (M) Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years working experience in building construction or bungalow projects.

Experience in coordinating M&E services works such as:

• Electrical

• Plumbing & sanitary

• Air-conditioning & ventilation

• ELV / smart home systems

Able to read and coordinate:

• Architectural drawings

• Structural drawings

• M&E drawings

• Shop drawings

Familiar with local authority and utility requirements including:

• Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)

• Air Selangor

• CCC documentation process

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Able to liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Good site supervision and workmanship inspection capability.

Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and basic project scheduling.

Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to project site.

Experience in high-end residential / bungalow projects will be an added advantage.

Coordinate and supervise all M&E works on site.

Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with drawings/specifications.

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for site coordination.

Review drawings and resolve technical/site issues.

Coordinate testing & commissioning and project handover.

Attend site meetings and prepare progress updates.
