Requirements
Education: SPM or Diploma in warehouse planning and operations
Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 years relevant experience in warehouse planning and operations activities
Skills: Excellent in leadership, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL Software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Auto Cat
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication skills in language English, Mandarin and Malay
Attributes: Self-motivated, Proactive, Teamwork, Operational and strategic planner experience. Display effectiveness and efficiency in working. Ability to identify work process issues and apply improvements
Logistics: Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Oversee stock-taking, maintain accurate records, and implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards
Administrative Support: Manage documentation for shipping, receiving, and order processing, issue purchase order including updating lorry details and loading plans
Operational Coordination: Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring timely dispatch of goods and supporting, back up on floor operation with smooth workflows
Team Supervision: Meeting, Lead and train staff such as warehouse assistants, installer, pickers, and drivers
Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping storage areas clean, organized, and safe
Compliance: Maintain safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ESG, GMP) and prepare operational reports
Installation: back up for install product with team
