Requirements
- Fast typing skills, quick response, and well-organized
- Detail-oriented and careful with numbers
- Able to work under pressure (high volume of orders, tight deadlines)
- Basic computer skills (system / Excel)
- Relevant experience is preferred (training provided for those without experience)
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
Responsibilities
- Handle customer order entry and processing in the system
- Accurately input orders based on information from sales staff / order writers
- Verify product names, quantities, and prices to avoid errors
- Coordinate with the warehouse for delivery arrangements
- Handle order amendments, additional orders, and urgent requests
- Ensure orders are completed on time (approximately 50–80 orders daily)
