Present and recommend suitable fresh-cut flowers, plants, bouquets, and floral-related products while effectively communicating their features and benefits to customers.

Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable floral solutions for different occasions.

Process sales orders accurately, while ensuring proper invoicing and documentation.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on inventory, seasonal flower availability, flower care instructions, pricing, and ongoing promotions.

Support daily operations including restocking, unpacking deliveries and monitoring product quality with workers.

Follow up with customers regarding orders, customizations, delivery arrangements, and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary products to enhance customer purchases.

Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and overall sales targets while contributing to a positive working environment.
