Requirements
- Basic HR knowledge (recruitment, payroll, employee relations)
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools / SQL software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle company confidential information discreetly
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (basic level)
- Must have knowledge of HALAL standards and procedures
- Experience in HALAL food handling is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee files (physical & digital)
- Update HR databases and attendance records
- Assist with payroll processing and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Act as a point of contact for HR and administrative-related queries
- Maintain office records, reports, letters, emails and official notices as needed
- Assist senior management with reporting and administrative tasks
