Requirements
Previous F&B experience is an advantage but not required
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.
Able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
Manage and oversee assigned kitchen section operations
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen workflow
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
Assist in monitoring stock levels and ingredient preparation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper ingredient handling
Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety, and operational procedures at all times
