Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in video editing and/or graphic design (e-commerce or advertising industry preferred)
Strong understanding of short-form content creation for Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Ads
Good sense of branding execution and ability to maintain visual consistency across content
Basic understanding of color usage, typography, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused creatives
Proficient in editing/design tools (software is flexible — output quality matters most)
Experience using AI tools such as Seedance and ChatGPT Image
Able to write prompts for AI-generated images and videos
Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering content on schedule
Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely (WFH environment)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Able to execute content professionally according to brand guidelines
Responsibilities
Create and edit advertising creatives (80% Video / 20% Image)
Produce content for Facebook Ads, TikTok, Reels, e-commerce, and social media platforms
Execute creative direction based on campaigns and strategies provided by the Marketing Team
Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand identity and visual standards
Optimize creative assets for usability, performance, and ad deployment
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to deliver content on time
Utilize AI tools to support creative production workflows
Present and explain design rationale, including layout, color choices, and visual hierarchy
