Job Description

Requirements

  • Required: Speak, read and write in Mandarin

  • Good PR skills

  • Can travel

  • Some social media experience (FB posts, website, Google Ads)

Responsibilities

  • Manage traditional marketing, digital marketing and social media platforms to generate leads, new patient traffic, promote brands, drive consumer engagement and increase positive word of mouth

  • Lead the entire customer service chain department to improve customer service standards and manage patient dissatisfaction. 

  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth

  • Build brand equity and become the eye care provider of choice for patients and partners

  • Network and grow market share among insurers, third-party regulators and corporate clients Increase the business contribution of health tourism
