Responsibilities
1. Responsible for preparation of Sales Invoices, Delivery Order , Quotation and any other sales correspondences
2. Responsible to coordinate for goods delivery scheduling and ensure the goods are timely delivery to customer
3. Communicate with shipping / logistics department on goods delivery schedule and prepare necessary delivery / shipping documents
4. Responsible to prepare the monthly sales report
5. Ensure proper documentation flow and filling system is well maintained
6. Attend to customer on product inquiries thru the phone or email
7. Assist and support in any other Sales & Marketing department function
8. Assist and support in Purchasing when required.
9. Perform any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the management
