Candidates with working experience will have an added advantage
Possess a diploma/degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)
Possess basic accounting knowledge (e.g., AP, AR, bank reconciliation, etc.)
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word (preferred)
Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL / AutoCount) is an advantage
Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Able to start immediately or within a short notice period is preferred
Responsibilities
Handle full set or partial accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.)
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and process payments
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and clients
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and administrative records
Handle general administrative tasks (data entry, coordination, office support)
Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, accounting procedures, etc
Handle payroll processing, if any
Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
