Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent
• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance
• Familiarity with AutoCount or other accounting software is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle full set of daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payment processing, and data entry
• Verify and reconcile customer payments against quotations before releasing vehicle registrations
• Prepare official receipts, payment vouchers, and ensure accurate daily closing of accounts
• Process invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain proper daily, weekly, and monthly transaction records
• Assist in cash flow monitoring, projections, and expense analysis to support management reporting and decision-making
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant government authorities when required
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales and suppliers, to ensure smooth financial operations and documentation flow
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures to improve compliance, efficiency, and accuracy
