Job Description

Requirements

Program Design, Development & Delivery

- Oversee the creation of multi‑modal learning (ILT, VILT, eLearning, microlearning, job aids, process guides, simulations).

- Partner with instructional designers, SMEs, and process owners to develop high‑quality learning materials.

- Facilitate or co‑facilitate instructor-led workshops, process deep dives, or capability sessions as needed.

- Ensure OneFinance materials align with adult learning principles, accessibility requirements, and internal brand guidelines.

 

Change, Adoption & Stakeholder Alignment

- Support change initiatives by managing training readiness for system/process transformations.

- Coordinate with project teams to define training impacts, timelines, and communication plans.

- Manage stakeholder engagement across GBS hubs, Finance leaders, functional SMEs, and project sponsors.

- Provide regular updates, dashboards, and progress reporting to leadership.

 

Learning Operations & Project Management

- Manage end‑to‑end training projects, including scoping, planning, timelines, resources, review cycles, and delivery.

- Oversee training scheduling, logistics, coordination, and deployment.

- Monitor learning effectiveness, adoption metrics, and participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.

- Maintain training repositories, documentation standards, and knowledge management alignment.

Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Curriculum Management

- Develop and implement the OneFinance capability‑building strategy, aligned to organizational priorities and skill requirements.

- Build and maintain competency‑based learning pathways for Finance roles, including onboarding, upskilling, and continuous development.

- Conduct needs assessments, training gap analysis, and learning diagnostics across Finance teams.

- Translate business, system, and process requirements into structured training programs and blended learning solutions.
