Requirements
Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Possess strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens, to answer guest inquiries accurately.
Handle food and beverages with care, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Take accurate food and drink orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, checking on guests throughout their meal.
Manage table settings, clearing plates, and resetting tables between guests.
Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently, processing cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down the dining room.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.
Address guest complaints and concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the restaurant's schedule.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to cater to a diverse clientele.
