Requirements
2–8 years of experience in customer support, preferably in travel, luxury, or hospitality industries
Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
Willing to work night shifts and weekends to support 24/7 customer enquiries
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Familiar with CRM tools such as HubSpot and modern messaging platforms
Self-motivated, service-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support via email, WhatsApp, and live chat
Handle inbound travel enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Manage booking processes including itinerary adjustments, payments, and confirmations
Deliver personalized customer experiences aligned with premium travel services
Coordinate closely with CRM and operations teams to ensure accurate client records and smooth handovers
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team for service improvements
Maintain accurate documentation and internal operational reports
