Your Role
Be a professional solution provider, supporting customers from Hong Kong/Taiwan/SG/Canada/America via calls, emails, and live chats. Gain international exposure while sharpening your communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
5 days per week, 9 hours per day
Working Location:
KL Sentral, KLCC, Cyberjaya, Subang Jaya, Ara Damansara
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English
Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma & Degree Fresh graduates are welcome!)
Experience in customer service / call center (BPO) is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and perform under pressure
Detail-oriented and responsible

Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries and service requests via email, live chat and minimal calls
Assist with orders, cancellations, refunds, and enquiries
Record, track, and resolve cases accurately
Adhere to workflows, system procedures, and SLA requirements
