Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB SCOPE
Customer Inquiry Management
1.1 Handle all patient inquiries via WhatsApp, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and phone calls.
1.2 Provide accurate information regarding treatments, pricing, and clinic services.
1.3 Respond to inquiries promptly, professionally, and in a customer-friendly manner.
Appointment Management
2.1 Manage patient appointment bookings.
2.2 Handle schedule changes including rescheduling and appointment cancellations.
2.3 Ensure the appointment system is always updated accurately.
Patient Follow-up
3.1 Conduct follow-ups with patients after treatment when necessary.
3.2 Ensure patients receive proper information and support after treatment.
3.3 Increase patient return rates through effective follow-up.
Patient Record Management
4.1 Update and maintain patient records accurately in the clinic system.
4.2 Ensure all patient information is recorded completely and systematically.
Feedback & Complaint Management
5.1 Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally.
5.2 Resolve basic issues and refer to management when necessary.
5.3 Ensure every complaint is recorded and handled promptly.
Clinic Operations Support
6.1 Assist with other support tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
6.2 Collaborate with the front desk and clinic team to improve patient experience.
