Full Time Retail Sales Consultant (Gold & Jewellery) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 + additional compensation in Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the gold, jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion industry.

Experience in gold or jewellery sales will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Sales-driven, confident, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in handling cash and valuable merchandise.

Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.

Comfortable appearing on social media, TikTok live sessions, or digital sales platforms is an advantage.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in additional languages or dialects is an added advantage.

Sales & Customer Engagement - Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product inquiries, providing professional jewellery and gold consultation, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.

Sales Performance - Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance through proactive selling, customer engagement, and product recommendations.

Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and fostering long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.

Digital Sales & Social Media Support - Support online sales initiatives through social media engagement, TikTok live sessions, and content creation to enhance brand visibility and customer reach.

Product Knowledge & Consultation - Maintain strong knowledge of gold, jewellery collections, pricing, promotions, and market trends to confidently advise customers and promote products effectively.

Merchandising & Store Presentation - Ensure jewellery displays, showcases, and overall store presentation are clean, attractive, and aligned with the brand’s premium image.

Inventory & Stock Handling - Assist in stock management, inventory checks, product tagging, and the secure handling of gold and high-value jewellery according to company procedures.

Cash Handling & Operational Support - Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and online payments, while supporting daily retail operations and maintaining proper documentation.

Compliance & Security - Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and operational standards to ensure the safety and accountability of valuable merchandise.

Team Collaboration - Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals, maintain excellent service standards, and contribute to a positive working environment.
