Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.

Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an added advantage.

Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Always maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness.

Possess a valid Food Handling Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Greeting, welcoming and seating guests in courteous and friendly manner

Use visual cues to seat guests in the dining area depending on their preference

Manage the flow of guests into the dining area, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate

To be thoroughly informed and updated on menu information including on-going promotions

Abide to the procedural flow for food ordering, collection and service

Observant to guests’ needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service

Ensure workstations are in a clean condition at all times

Abide to service etiquette as per company service standards

Assist in service when necessary

Suggest food and beverages to the guest and try to upsell

Check guest satisfaction at all times during their meal

Maintain the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the service area

Report to Direct Superior on guests request and feedback

Understanding guest demands and recommend menu items of the preference

Shall promote healthy working environment and do not conduct internal groupings and politics.

Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Direct Superiors.
