Talent Performance Monitoring

• Monitor employee performance, attendance, punctuality, and work discipline

• Track KPI achievement for livestream hosts, admins, and operational teams

• Analyze performance trends and identify areas for improvement

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review

• Monitor staff consistency in achieving operational targets

Coaching & Improvement Coordination

• Coordinate performance improvement discussions with team leaders and management

• Assist in identifying staff strengths, weaknesses, and development areas

• Support implementation of coaching and mentoring sessions

• Follow up on staff performance improvement progress

• Assist in developing performance action plans when necessary

Employee Engagement & Morale

• Monitor team morale and workplace environment

• Identify internal issues affecting employee motivation and teamwork

• Act as coordination bridge between employees and management

• Support healthy communication and professional working culture

• Assist in reducing turnover and retention issues

• KPI & Performance Evaluation

  • Maintain employee KPI records and performance tracking system

  • Assist in preparing appraisal documentation and evaluation reports

  • Ensure performance assessments are conducted according to company timeline

  • Monitor achievement of probation KPI for new hires

  • Coordinate confirmation recommendation feedback from HODs

• Support HR department during internal investigations or employee discussions when required

• Assist in preparing performance-related reports for management meetings

• Participate in employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives

• Perform any other duties assigned by management
