Job Description

Requirements

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase revenue growth
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze sales data for management review
  • Ensure effective execution of sales activities, promotions, and merchandising strategies
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to maintain strong business relationships
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and negotiation professionally
  • Manage Modern Trade, General Trade, and B2B sales channels
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales team members to improve productivity and performance
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market movements
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly sales planning
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and monitor customer accounts
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and company events when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and reporting procedures
  • Support management in business expansion and new product launches
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company
  • Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and business partners
  • Manage sales activities for Modern Trade, General Trade, and B2B channels
  • Plan and implement sales strategies, promotions, and market expansion activities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Monitor customer orders, stock movement, and sales performance
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operation, warehouse, and production departments
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management review
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients
  • Ensure timely payment collection and monitor customer account status
  • Train, guide, and motivate sales team members to improve performance and productivity
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer visits when required
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and sales procedures
  • Support management in achieving overall company growth and profitability objectives
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management from time to time
